Analytics helps us understand visits, enquiry-link clicks, calculator use, worksheet download requests and successful business-enquiry submissions. These interactions are different: a click or download is not a submitted enquiry, and a submitted enquiry is not necessarily a qualified lead.
The additional enquiry and tool events do not include the names, email addresses, telephone numbers, company details, worksheet notes, salaries or budgets entered in our forms and calculators.

Managing cookies
Use Accept All, Reject All or Customise in the cookie banner. Analytics is optional. You can continue using the guides, calculators and enquiry form when you reject optional cookies.
To change or withdraw your choice, select the Consent Preferences button near the bottom-left corner of the page, adjust Analytics and choose Save My Preferences, or select Reject All. Necessary cookies remain active.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. Deleting the consent cookie may make the banner appear again. Rejecting Analytics does not cancel an enquiry you have already submitted; contact us about enquiry information using the details in our Privacy Policy.
